Francis, e ad oggi sono il modello di <strong>turbine idroelettriche<\/strong> pi\u00f9 popolari e diffuse al mondo, oltre a essere tra le prime giranti idroelettriche concepite.<\/p><p>A differenza delle turbine Pelton, le Francis sono considerate <strong>turbine a reazione<\/strong>, in quanto producono energia sfruttando la pressione dell\u2019acqua invece del suo potenziale cinetico. Le <strong>turbine Francis<\/strong> lavorano completamente immerse deviando il flusso d\u2019acqua che scorre al loro interno. Quest\u2019ultimo colpisce la turbina in senso radiale, uscendo in direzione delle pale, per questo motivo queste turbine idrauliche sono considerate giranti a \u201c<strong>flusso incrociato<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p><p>Queste turbine idrauliche sono solitamente alloggiate all\u2019interno di una condotta a spirale, il cui compito \u00e8 indirizzare il flusso d\u2019acqua in maniera opportuna. Tipicamente vengono installate su <strong>corsi d\u2019acqua con salti e portate medie<\/strong> offrendo la possibilit\u00e0 di essere installate sia orizzontalmente che verticalmente.<\/p><p>Le turbine di nostra produzione si distinguono soprattutto per una caratteristica: <strong>precisione<\/strong>. Questo \u00e8 per noi il fattore principale e lo dimostriamo con i nostri <strong>report di controllo 3D<\/strong>, che accompagnano tutte le giranti che realizziamo. Il livello qualitativo elevato nella lavorazione ci permette, nella maggior parte dei casi, di evitare la rimozione del materiale per la bilanciatura.<\/p><p>Oltre a questo, tutte le fasi del processo produttivo, dalla materia prima fino al prodotto finito, vengono seguite con <strong>rigorosi standard qualitativi<\/strong> che soddisfano ristrette specifiche tecniche. All\u2019occorrenza, se necessario, possiamo fornire per ogni turbina il proprio kit di sagome per il controllo dimensionale.<\/p><p>Solitamente le <strong>turbine idrauliche Francis<\/strong> sono le pi\u00f9 complesse da costruire, ma grazie alla nostra esperienza e all\u2019utilizzo di tecnologie all\u2019avanguardia abbiamo sviluppato una serie di soluzioni tecniche che ne permettono la realizzazione anche nel caso di <strong>geometrie complesse<\/strong> e con <strong>lead time competitivi<\/strong>. Un esempio di queste soluzioni sono le <strong>turbine realizzate in due met\u00e0<\/strong> e poi unite tramite saldatura.<\/p><p>I <strong>materiali<\/strong> solitamente utilizzati sono <strong>1.4313<\/strong> o <strong>1.4417<\/strong>, prodotti esclusivamente in Europa e con le classi di accettabilit\u00e0 pi\u00f9 severe.<\/p><p>All\u2019occorrenza possiamo fornire <strong>turbine idrauliche con rivestimento superficiale<\/strong> (carburo di tungsteno) che aumenta in maniera considerevole la durezza superficiale delle parti soggette ad usura.<\/p><p>Nel caso le Francis debbano essere trasportate via aerea o via mare, possiamo predisporre l\u2019imballo pi\u00f9 idoneo con relativi trattamenti anti ossidazione.<\/p><p>Ad oggi, abbiamo un portfolio di
